Finals week is upon me and I have approximately 80 million things to do, BUT I do have one final down and only one more to go. After that IM FREE! FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH!!! Idk what I am going to do with myself.

Hi there! I’m so happy you asked. I absolutely adore Morrigan, and honestly I find that it is really really difficult to find Morrigan/Warden stuff that really does our lady justice, ya know?
Personally, I prefer a f!warden/Morrigan pairing (which has even less content *sigh*). One of my favorite all time pieces is this drabble about f!amell pining over Morrigan.
I’ve been digging around today to try to find some work from people I know to be quality writers and people who “get” Morrigan in love. I found this piece by @star–nymph involving Morrigan and serenades, and it’s such a treat!! As far as m!Warden goes, this little drabble by @mocha-writes is really great too!
I wish there were more recs I could give because I love boosting my fic writers, but I just don’t know of many. If any of my followers have any suggestions, I’d be happy to hear them as well! I need to build my reading list too.

Hi there, anon. This is a good question. I know I’ve asked this myself, and I’ve had this conversation with some other Solasmancers. I think the answer is different for each person and each character.
In my opinion, the physical age difference between two consenting adults is not as consequential as the power difference that could come from difference in experience, knowledge, or position. For a Lavellan who stands their ground and who Solas views as an equal, the age difference doesn’t really bother me.
Even so, I think that a twenty-something Lavellan is as young as I would go. In real life, people are not completely mature cognitively until approximately 25. The actual age is different based on life experience and other things, but it’s usually mid-20s.
Sure, this is fantasy, and Solas is well-over the 40 that he is supposed to look. Still, I think sticking with that age as a guideline is good! I don’t see much problem with a 25 year old being a 40 year old as long as 1.) the two people are consenting and 2.) neither has sway or power over the other.
